Messaging Program
The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, including estimates, appointment scheduling, project or service updates, customer support, promotional offers or discounts, and promotion of We Know A Guy Services LLC products or services when applicable.

Opt-Out / STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up again using the same opt-in process and we may resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with We Know A Guy Services LLC and the services you request. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere in our Privacy Policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Consent
By opting in, you authorize We Know A Guy Services LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes described above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
